As representative of a software provider, I guarantee that: 1. We have tested the program stated below and we follow the directions in the manuals for Autogiro and that the program can handle the new or old Autogiro layout in accordance with the specification in the Technical Manual. 2. We know how Autogiro functions and we provide support for our programs. 3. The company complies with the requirements for security, tamper protection and authentication set by Bankgirot for delivery of files to Bankgirot. Bankgirot also recommends that, as a minimum, (in addition to the file "Payment Date", which is mandatory) the program can handle cancellations and date amendments of payments in accordance with the file "Cancellations and Date Amendments" as described in the current Technical manual, and can also handle electronic mandates signs via the payer's internet bank in accordance with the file "New Mandate via Internet Bank". If you have stated that you support the new layout in Autogiro, we would also like you to state which file types the program can handle, both files that are sent and files that are received. This can be entered in the area "Description of program" on the form, together with whatever else you wish to tell us.

State which functions are supported

Bankgiro Receivables (Bankgiro Inbetalningar) Presentation – presents information, in the file, that could not be automatically reconciliated. An alternative is that all information in the file is presented and readable on users screen. As representative of a software provider, I guarantee that: 1 We have tested the program stated below and we follow the directions in the manuals and that the program can handle the BgMax layout as specified, including image files in cases where there is support for image files. (Bankgiro Inbetalningar User Manual April 2005 or later version and Bankgiro Inbetalningar Technical Manual BgMax and Image Files April 2005 or later version) 2. Our program for invoice issue (if such exists) supports Bankgirot's recommendations for invoice design. 3. We provide support (directly or via a partner) for our program, including help with installation and troubleshooting in the event of a problem. 4. The program provides support in terms of both what can be reconciled automatically and what requires manual reconciliation in the accounts receivable ledger.
Bankgiro Link About the service

As representative of a software provider, I guarantee that: 1. We have tested the client versions stated below and they function with the current version of Bankgiro Link's external interface (API/protocol). 2. We guarantee that we include directions and instructions for obtaining and installing electronic ID cards, card readers, signing client etc. 3. We know how Bankgiro Link functions and we provide support (directly or via a partner) for our program, for example for: Installation, Connection, Handling, Communication 4. We guarantee that our program uses and can handle the latest layouts for both payments (LB, LI) and receivables (Autogiro, Bankgiro Inbetalningar). Bankgirot also recommends that the program includes card reader, signing client etc.
E-invoice About the service

As representative of a software provider, I guarantee that: 1. We have tested the program stated below through Bankgirot's validation service for BGC Invoice, we follow the directions in the manuals and the program can handle the file layouts as specified. 2. We provide support (directly or via a partner) for our program, including help with installation and troubleshooting in the event of a problem. 3. The company complies with the requirements for security, tamper protection and authentication set by Bankgirot for inward or outward delivery of files.
FTP via Internet About the service

I accept the conditions for FTP via Internet
As representative of a software provider, I guarantee that: 1. We have tested the software and/or hardware versions stated below and they function for use with Bankgirot's product FTP via Internet. 2. We include directions and instructions for obtaining and installing VPN certificates from Bankgirot. 3. We know how FTP via Internet functions and we provide support (directly or via a partner) for our software/hardware, for example for: Installation, Connection, Handling, Communication. Other: FTP via Internet is a product that offers file communication via FTP to and from Bankgirot using the internet. Transfer must occur via an IPSec connection (VPN) between the customer's firewall/router and Bankgirot. IPSec identification must be with the aid of a VPN certificate that is ordered from Bankgirot.
Integration of Bank to Bankgiro system About the service

I accept the conditions for Integration of Bank to Bankgiro system
As representative of an integrator, I guarantee that: 1. I am aware of the conditions for banks' participation in the Bank Giro system. 2. I have read and understood Bankgirot's bank connection process. 3. I have a documented bank connection process. 4. I understand and can apply the content of the Banks' Standard Layout. 5. I understand the infrastructure for payment processing in Sweden. - Bankgirot - the Bank Giro system - the Swedish Bankers’ Association - Card Processing - Privatgirot - Plusgirot 6. I have competence in Bankgirot's products and offering. 7. I have competence in the clearance and settlement processes between banks, the Riksbank and other stakeholders.
Supplier Payments About the service

I accept the conditions for Supplier Payments
1. We have tested the program stated below, we follow the directions in the manuals and the program can handle the file layouts as specified. (LB User Manual June 2004 or later version, Plusgiro Payments in LB User Manual September 2004 or later version, LB Technical Manual May 2004 or later version and LB Technical Manual for Plusgiro Payments in LB September 2004 or later version). Among other things, we guarantee a. That only one recipient reference is included in the payment record. b. That payments can be made to Plusgiro numbers. c. That the program can handle acknowledgements of files 2. We know how LB functions and we provide support (directly or via a partner) for our programs. 3. We comply with the requirements for security, tamper protection and authentication set by Bankgirot for inward delivery of files. Bankgirot recommends that the program can handle Euro payments, as well as cancellation and date amendment on files for both SEK and EUR according to the layout in LB Technical Manual March 2005 or later versions, and that the program performs checks of bank account numbers in accordance with the instructions in the manuals Bank Account Number Formulation August 2004 or later version, Calculation of Check Digits on the10 Module and Calculation of Check Digits on the 11 Module.

As representative of a software provider, I guarantee that: 1. We have tested the program stated below, we follow the directions in the manual and the program can handle the layouts as specified. (Salary User manual June 2004 or later version and Salary Technical Manual June 2004 or later version). 2. We know how the payroll routines for the services Salary Payments and LB function and we provide support (directly or via a partner) for our program. 3. We comply with the requirements for security, tamper protection and authentication set by Bankgirot for inward delivery. Bankgirot recommends that the program performs checks on bank account numbers in accordance with the instructions that can be found in the manuals Bank Account Number Formulation August 2004 or later version, Calculation of Check Digits on the10 Module and Calculation of Check Digits on the 11 Module.
